It was introduced in "Sutekini (Fantastic) Handmade, April 2021 issue" as "Medicine Notebook Case".

You can store your Notebook, Pocketbook, health insurance card, medical examination ticket, etc. 
There is also a pocket under the card holder.
As the metal frame is used in it, It is convenient to open and close it with a single touch.
