Clover, Bias Tape Cutting Ruler (57-924)

Bias tape cutting ruler for cutting parallel fabrics.
Use the Clover Rotary Cutter 45mm to cut fabrics accurately parallel.
The cutting width can be set in 1mm increments.
The blade of the rotary cutter fits into the grooves so the rotary cutter will not bend or deviate from the ruler.
*The blade of rotary cutters of a different size may not fit into the groove.
