Have you finished "Stairs of Courthouse" in the first time?
The second time, you would make the basic light and dark pattern of the log cabin.
In the center, the red fabric is used to show the fireplace.
Since you just sew straight, once you decide on the color scheme, it can be completed quickly.
You can sew by hand or by a sewing machine.
"Multiple Design Paper" is very useful for making log cabin patterns. 
It is also included in the set, so please give it a try.
Of course, the arrangement of the fabrics does not have to be the same as the sample.
