Payments

This site supports the following payment methods.

Credit Card

Card payments with VISA, Mastercard and AmericanExpress brands are acceptable.

Google Pay

If you are using Google Chrome, you can pay with your Google Pay account.
On the checkout, select Google Pay from Express Checkout.

Apple Pay

On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, you can use Apple Pay to make payments on the Safari web.
On the checkout, select Apple Pay from Express Checkout.

PayPal

You can pay with your PayPal account.

Shipping and Shipping fee

Delivery carrier: JAPAN POST (EMS or E-Packet) , YAMATO International TA-Q-BIN (Operated by YAMATO & UPS)
Delivery days: 1 - 7 business day

  • International Shipping fee: After accepting your order, we will measure the weight of all products and charge the amount including the shipping fee.

Cancellation

We can not accept returns / cancellations for your convenience after receiving the "Order confirmation mail".

Return and Refund Rules

[ Before shipping the product ]
You will receive an "Order confirmation mail" once your order is placed, which will include an order number. Keep this email for your records. After receiving the "Order confirmation mail", you cannot change or cancel your order.

[After receiving the product ]
When returning the product, please send it back to our shop, Quilt Party, in Japan. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee of returning product to Japan.
If you received defective product, please let us know via "en-dm@quilt.co.jp".
You can return the product within 10 days after the day you receive it. If 10 days have been exceeded since the day you receive, we cannot offer you a refund.


In addition, we will pay the return shipping fee due to initial failure and damage.

  • Your retuned product must be unused.
  • No refunds on Sale (Discounted) product.

How to Return 

1. You may send your return request at "en-dm@quilt.co.jp" with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. After confirming your return request, we would inform you of the shipping address in Japan. You must cover the shipping fee for returning the product to Japan.

3. We will refund soon after we receive your retuned product.

 

Refund and return statements you cannot make

1. If 10 days have elapsed since you recieve the product, we cannot accept your return and issue a refund.

2. The returned product must be in its original condition including tags and packaging.

3. If the product is delivered to the wrong address, we cannot accept your return and issue a refund.

4. If the product is lost or stolen during shipping, we cannot accept your return and issue a refund.

5. Discounted product is not eligible for return and refund. Only regular priced product is returned and refunded.
