Material kit of petticoat introduced on P.13 in "Yoko Saito, Clothes and Bags to Make Every Day Fun".
The "half-sleeve blouse" on page 12 is arranged into bracelet-length.
It is made from the blue cotton loan.
The loose width and drop shoulders make it easy to wear.
The sleeve length is eight. The length is divided so that it doesn't get in the way of work.
The front hem is aligned with the back and made a little longer.
It is also attractive that the neckline is not too open. 
The loop and the buttoned back make it easier to take off.
